We hunt

Once the full criteria and requirement gathering process of your proposed vacancy has been completed, we instinctively begin the HUNT. This includes extensive database searching activities, advertising, making full use of a wide range of job boards, pro-active networking and our icing on the cake – head hunting, to ensure we get the very best. Once this initial step has been conducted we simply list all the candidates as a possibility only. This allows our refinement process to begin.
