Responsibilities The successful Python Developers will be developing a 3 tier system that is deployed as a packaged product and has real-time comms requirements and UI requirements. The core of this real-time engine collects and handles high frequency and high volume data. Requirements The key skills that all successful Python Developers will have include; Python 3, Django, Agile / Scrum, TDD and Git / SVN. Successful Python Developers will also have some or all of the following skills; ZeroConf, HTML5, JavaScript, Data encryption, Mathematical analysis, AWS, CI (ideally with Jenkins), NoSQL, Cloud deployment (Fabric and Puppet), designing RESTful API’s and Real-time Comms (TCP). You will be a highly-motivated Sales Executive with previous experience of selling IT products and solutions to the SME business sector. The role is to be primarily focused on new business development and previous experience of selling hardware, software and business solutions to the SME sector would be required. The role will involve the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and order processing. Repeat business is paramount, so customer relationship building skills and a willingness to work as part of a team are vital. With excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will be required to liaise on an independent and personal level with customers, suppliers and colleagues on both a technical & non-technical level. You will be confident and presentable. Customer contact will be primarily via telephone and email, but also face-to-face at client premises.
