Essential Skills: 
*Experience within C++ and/ or Java 
*Hands-on experience with the software development lifecycle 
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

C++/ Java Software Developer/ Software Engineer 
Beneficial, non essential Skills: 
*Experience on Linux and Windows 
*Perl, Python, Javascript or other programming languages 
*Knowledge of development techniques eg- XML, Ajax, SharePoint 
*Experience in management/ leading a team
